The communication equipment includes: a plurality of reception ports 20 for receiving a plurality of reception clocks different from each other and the plurality of pieces of AV information 80 synchronized with the respective reception clocks; a plurality of buffers 30 for respectively storing the plurality of pieces of AV information 80; a clock generating part 40 for generating a transmission clock that can transmit the total of an information amount of AV information 80 stored in each buffer 30 per unit time to the outside on the basis of each reception clock; a scheduler 50 for determining a schedule period Ti for transmitting a transmission clock and the AV information 80 to the outside; and a transmission port 60 for transmitting the transmission clock and the AV information 80 to the outside on the basis of the schedule period Ti.
