To develop a communication line, which can easily avoids an existing pipe, with a composition which allows easy laying works, and furthermore, allows easy insertion from a manhole, and improve the laying works.
In laying a communication line 1 inside a sewage pipe 2, metal string lines 4 and 4 having resilient elasticity is inserted into a hanger part 9, the string lines 4 and 4 are partially bent so as to avoid an existing pipe 18 with deformation exceeding the yield limit, matching the connection position of the fixed pipe 18, the string lines 4 and 4 are inserted from the manhole 3 to the sewage pipe 2 by slowly bending with deformation not exceeding the yield limit, ends 7 and 7 of the string lines 4 and 4 are anchored to both ends of the sewage pipe 2, respectively, and laying of the string lines 4 and 4 is finished, and the communication line 1 hung inside the sewage pipe 2 is laid by holding a line pipe 12 to the hanger part 9.
