PURPOSE: To improve the communication quality and the frequency availability by increasing successively the number of radio base means and performing the communication of control signals in diversity between a mobile radio means and the radio base means when the moving speed of the mobile radio means exceeds a level set previously.

CONSTITUTION: Plural radio base stations 30-1-30-n contain the radio transmission parts 31, the radio reception parts 33, and the ID identification memory parts 34. A switch group 23 functions to secure the connection between the stations 30-1-30-n and a telephone network 10. Then a gate switchboard 20 includes a channel control part 21 which controls the group 23 and an ID identification memory part 24. furthermore, a mobile radio equipment moves within the service areas covered by the stations 30-1-30-n and also includes a radio reception circuit and a radio transmission circuit which receive and transmit simultaneously plural channels for execution of the simultaneous communication with those stations 30-1-30-n. Thus a desired system is obtained. As a result, the reliability is improved for registration of positions and no hit is caused at the time of switching channels during calls (communication). Then, a new service system is technically attained with use of the wide band signals.
