Abstract:
To provide a communication method and a repeater which reduces the power consumption.
When a repeater terminal 10 functions as a repeater for a slave unit terminal 14, the terminal 10 sends out control channels to the slave unit terminal 14 at longer time intervals than control channels sent out of a base station 12. The slave unit terminal 14 intermittently receives synchronously with the control channels sent out of the repeater terminal 10 at long time intervals.
