To solve a problem that, in a conventional chunk method, a content cannot be continuously reproduced without applying large loads on a reproduction device and a server nor causing disturbance in an image or a sound at a discontinuous point.

This communication network system includes: a server 100 configured to transmit, by a chunk method, a first content, and a second content reproduced based at a reproduction time of a reference position of the first content, and also transmit the information of the difference between a reproduction time of the rear end of the first content and that of the tip of the second content; and a reproduction device 200 configured to receive the first content, the second content, and the information of the difference between the reproduction times from the server 100, and continuously reproduce the first content and the second content using the information of the difference between the reproduction times.
