To provide a communication server which can eliminate inconvenience resulting from only bulletins in an organization government office building and surely and efficiently make communication work to organization members.
This communication server is equipped with a 1st storage means wherein registers electronic addresses of organization members are registered by groups in the organization and a modification table file and used for an in-organization communication system using the Internet, and the server is equipped with a registering means which registers modification information for modifying a yearly schedule reported from an organization member and the group name of the organization member to whom the modification information is sent in the modification table file so that they correspond to each other and a modification information transmission processing means which monitors the modification table file at constant intervals, and refers to the 1st storage means and notifies the organization members having the group name made to correspond to unsent modification information by electronic mail when there is the un-sent modification information.
