To improve communication performance of a communication terminal when various services are supported.SOLUTION: A communication terminal includes a narrow-band terminal that performs wireless communication in a band narrower than a system band available in a cell. The narrow-band terminal recognizes a parameter for a cell reselection process by a predetermined method. The predetermined method includes at least one of: acquisition of parameters predetermined by a standard as the parameters for the cell reselection process; reception of master information block (MIB) including the parameters for the cell reselection process; reception of system information (SI) for the narrow-band terminals including the parameters for the cell reselection process; reception of radio resource control (RRC) signaling including the parameters for the cell reselection process; and acquisition of indication indicating one of a plurality of candidates predetermined by the standard as the parameters for the cell reselection process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
