Abstract:
To provide a communication system, a connection device, a control arrangement, a communication wire interruption method and a computer program for blocking a fault part, by detecting fault such as short circuit, ground fault, or the like, in a bus type communication line.SOLUTION: A bus type communication system where communication devices are connected, respectively, with multiple communication branch lines branched from a communication trunk, and the multiple communication devices communicate via the communication trunk and the communication branch lines comprises a current detector for detecting the current flowing through each communication branch line, a switch provided in each communication branch line, and switching electrification and blockage of the communication line, and a control section for controlling the switch to be shut off on the basis of detection results from the current detector. Preferably, the control section shuts off the switch provided in the communication branch line where the current detector detected a current exceeding a threshold level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
