In connecting to a main network, a user of communication equipment, which is a request source, inserts a cable of the communication equipment into a port of network equipment for connection. When the request source communication equipment is connected to a reception BOX by one to one, by a check-in network in the network equipment, it performs check-in by the use of the reception BOX in a Step S2. When the reception BOX determines that the request source communication equipment meets connection conditions in check-in processing, it switches the network to which the request source communication equipment is connected, from the check-in network to the main network in a Step S3. The request source communication equipment transits to actual use of the main network in a Step S4.
