To provide an incoming call, in the communication system including: a mobile telephone unit which can register the location to a base station of a mobile communication network or a private base station connected to a fixed communication network and can connect these communication networks with a common telephone number; and a fixed telephone unit connected to the private base station, to the mobile telephone unit or fixed telephone unit regardless of the mobile telephone unit regiters the location with which networks.
A mobile telephone terminal 5 registers the location to a mobile communication network 2 when entering within an area 11 capable of wireless communicating with a public base station 21 or registers the location to a fixed communication network 1 when entering within an area 12 capable of wireless communicating with a private base station 31. A management server 4 includes a storage section 4b of incoming call destination information which stores information of a corresponding relation between a location registration state and communicating state of the mobile telephone terminal 5 and a telephone unit of the incoming call destination, and decides the mobile telephone terminal or the fixed telephone unit as the incoming call destination on the basis of the information.
