To provide a community control system and a community control method for presenting a more appropriate response according to the attribute of a questioner and details of his/her question.
The community control system generates a questioner attribute vector indicating the feature of the questioner regarding a question, and generates a respondent candidate attribute vector indicating the feature of a respondent candidate regarding the question based on an important attribute and user information. Furthermore, the community control system determines an attribute vector coincidence as a coincidence between the questioner attribute vector and the respondent candidate attribute vector, and selects a respondent for the question from among respondent candidates according to the attribute vector coincidence. Then the community control system presents the respondent or information related to the answerer to the questioner.
