Abstract:

To obtain vibration only by an armature core by winding the armature coil around two magnetic body salient poles of an eccentric armature core, connecting a commutator to the terminal of the armature coil, and providing a pair of brushes that slide on the commutator.

An eccentric armature core 3 is composed of magnetic body salient electrodes 3a and 3b and a non-magnetic body salient electrode 4, armature coils 51 and 52 are wound around the salient electrodes 3a and 3b consisting of a magnetic body via a coating layer in the eccentric armature core 3, and a flat-plate-shaped commutator 6 consisting of a printed wiring board is wired to the terminal of the armature coils 51 and 52, thus constituting an eccentric rotor R1. Then, by allowing a pair of brushes 8 being provided at a bracket 7 to slide on the flat-plate-shaped commutator 6 at an open angle, power is supplied to the armature coils 51 and 52, thus reducing the eccentricity weight of the outside and obtaining sliding only by the eccentric armature core 3.
