Title:
COMPENSATOR FOR INTERFERRENCE WAVE PRODUCED BETWEEN CROSS POLARIZED WAVES
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3253689
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To compensate an interferrence wave with high accuracy despite the bit phase difference produced between the 1st and 2nd signals.
CONSTITUTION: A phase comparing part 71 detects the phase difference between the vertical and horizontal polarized wave signals. A phase delay part 72 shifts the phase of the horizontal polarized wave signal so that the relative phase shift extent is equivalent to the phase difference detected by the part 71. The vertical polarized wave signal and the horizontal polarized wave signal processed by the part 72 are inputted to the XPIC (inter-cross polarized wave interference wave compensator) processing parts 73 and 74. These parts 73 and 74 perform the prescribed arithmetic processings with use of the vertical polarized wave signal and the horizontal polarized wave signal processed by the part 72.
