Abstract:

PURPOSE: To hold exact information, to capture past complaint history information, and to reduce information amounts to be held by discriminating each necessary information related with the complaint, and managing the complaints in a batch.

CONSTITUTION: Storage parts 3-7 are provided as the shared data base of this system, and each kind of information necessary for fault management and complaint management is stored. Each kind of information necessary for the fault management or the like is automatically extracted by an existing operating system for a network such as a traffic control system which monitors and controls a communication network, and written in the storage part corresponding to each information. Then, the necessity and unnecessity of related customer information, network constituting information, network congestion/fault history information, incompleted call information, and test call information is automatically selected based on the complaint content, the necessary information is extracted, and those information and the accepted complaint are held in a batch. Therefore, the extracted information is stored in the system so as operation of a person 2 in charge can be reduced.
