Abstract:

To reduce a rush current as a whole of a complex type system power source circuit without enlarging a circuit area so much in the complex type system power source circuit for stabilizing and outputting a multiple kinds of power source voltages based on a direct current power source voltage supplied from the outside.

The complex type system power source circuit comprises a first regulator for producing a first power source voltage based on a direct current power source voltage supplied from the outside and a reference voltage, and for producing a first enable signal based on the first power source voltage; a first capacitor for smoothing the first power source voltage and for delaying activation of the first enable signal; a second regulator for producing a second power source voltage based on the direct current power source voltage supplied from the outside and the reference voltage, after starting an operation in response to the activation of the first enable signal; and a second capacitor for smoothing the second power source voltage.
