The compliance device has: a bend 2a formed by bending a wire; erected parts 2b and 2c linearly extending from both ends of the bend 2a; and fitting parts 3 and 4 extended by bending lower ends of the erected parts 2b and 2c, wherein a plurality of sets of the bend 2a, the ejected parts 2b and 2c and the fitting parts 3 and 4 are alternately connected to constitute the compliance device forming a repetitive unit. The fitting parts 3 and 4 are fitted into a fixed member or a movable member of the compliance device.
