Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component fitting structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle comprising a detachable component fitted to a vehicle body frame, in which reliable fitting of the detachable component can be realized and work for attachment and detachment of the detachable component can be easily performed.SOLUTION: A component fitting structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle comprises a stem 21 on which a seat support member 20 is so provided as to be bridged over a pair of left and right seat frames 6, and a pair of left and right extension parts 22 which extend in a cross direction along each of the pair of left and right seat frames 6 from the stem 21 and can be displaced in a longitudinal direction. The stem 21 is fixed to a vehicle body frame by coupling, each of the pair of left and right extension parts 22 comprises an upper hook part 23, both lateral hook parts 24, 26 and a lower hook part 25, and hooking thereof on each seat frame 6 is performed or released by only movement of each extension part 22 in bi-direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
