Abstract:
To properly recognize an attitude of a component to be mounted on a substrate.SOLUTION: A component supply device comprises: a mount head which has nozzles capable of moving in each axial direction parallel with each drive axis and in a rotation direction about each drive axis; imaging devices imaging a component held by the nozzle; a first imaging control part which controls one of the imaging devices so that an image of the component from an axial direction is acquired; a nozzle control part which controls the nozzle so as to adjust a position of the component in the rotation direction based upon the image from the axial direction; a second imaging control part which controls the other of the imaging devices after the position in the rotation direction is adjusted so that an image from a first direction orthogonal to the drive axis of the component and an image from a second direction are acquired; an angle calculation part which calculates an angle of the component based upon the image from the first direction and the image from the second direction; and a mounting control part which controls the mount head so as to mount the component at a target mounting position on the substrate based upon the angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
