To make blood coagulation and fibrinogenolysis measuring items simultaneously measurable on a rotary reactor for biological/immunological measurement without using any additional special unit.

The composite biochemical/immunological automatic analyzer is enabled to perform other measurement than biochemical and immunological measurement with the rotary reactor 2 at a different reaction time or measurement time. The analyzer is constituted in such a way that detectors 4 of the number corresponding to the reaction time or measurement time which is different from the analysis processing speed of biochemical and immunological measurement are arranged around the reactor 2 mounted with measurement cells 1 of the number corresponding to the analysis processing speed and reaction time as detectors for other measurement and, after the reactor 2 is rotated by one time and the arranging pitch of the detectors 4 is rotated for a prescribed period of time, the reactor 2 is stopped for a fixed period of time and the detectors 4 successively make the other measurement. Therefore, the analyzer can make coagulating time measurement which is shorter than the biochemical and immunological measurement while the analyzer makes the biochemical and immunological measurement.
