Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an electrical contact requiring no connections of resistive element groups in IC measurement by forming one-sheet single layer band plate in which band plate parts comprising a beryllium copper alloy and a band plate part comprising a resistive material are provided in parallel and both the band plate parts are linearly connected by welding at the thick faces over the whole length.
CONSTITUTION: A composite belt member 1 has belt plate part 1a comprising a contact member and a belt plate part 1b comprising a resistive member. The belt plate parts 1a and the belt plate part 1b are of equal width, respectively over the whole length and are integrated through connecting parts 1c to constitute a one-sheet band plate. Electric welding, laser welding, electron beam welding, etc., are applied to welding means used for connection. A copper nickel alloy is preferable for the resistive member. Connecting IC leads to its connecting parts by using electrical contacts obtained from the band member simultaneously assure stable resistive connection by its resistive part to eliminate the need for connections of resistive element groups in IC measurement such as burn-in measurement.
