Abstract:

To provide a new technique for enhancing the CTL activation effect of an antigen-bound liposome.

A composite body which contains an inactivated virus particle, an antigen and a liposome is disclosed. In the composite body, the liposome contains a phospholipid, which has an acyl group having one unsaturated bond and 14-24 carbon atoms or a hydrocarbon group having one unsaturated bond and 14-24 carbon atoms, and a stabilizer for the liposome, and the virus particle and the antigen are bound to the surface of the liposome.
