Abstract:
PURPOSE:To suppress a thermal strain and to extend the useful life term of a die by forming the alloy coating layer of the same component and of different composition so that the thermal expansion coefft. on the joining face is varied gradually between the joining face of a work part and base part. CONSTITUTION:The joining faces 2a, 1a of the work part 2 and base part 1 preworked in the specified shapes are finished smooth and after cleaning by degreasing with an aceton a sputtering is executed under Ar gas atom. by using the target having the same composition and an alloy coating layer is respectively formed. Then, the mutual alloy coating layers 3, 4 of the work part 2 and base part 1 are abutted and held for the specified time pressing the joining faces 1a, 2a in a vacuum furnace. The thermal strain under varied thermal load is thus prevented, the service life of the joining part of the work part and base part is prolonged and the useful life term of the die can be extended.
