CONSTITUTION: The composite electronic component comprises an inductive conductor 1 as an inductor, and a metal skeleton 3 integrally having cap electrodes 2 (2a, 2b) to be connected to an intermediate part of the conductor 1. Resin molded parts 4a, 4b containing magnetic powder are so formed as to cover both right and left sides of the conductor 1 for the inductor, and a resin molded part 6 containing dielectric powder is so formed as to cover a connecting part 5 of the gap of the electrodes 2 to the conductor 1 as the inductor. The electrode 2 may be formed by bending part of a metal flat plate (metal skeleton 3) manufactured by punching.
