To provide a composite exhibition sale stand which can vary an exhibition display area according to an assembling method.

The composite exhibition sale stand consists of one or more sale stands (10) in which goods are exhibited and sold, one or more billboards in which the goods exhibited in the sale stands and/or propaganda advertisements relevant to the goods are displayed (20), and a fixed frame (30) which specifies the arrangement position of the sale stands and the billboards. The fixed frame (30) and the sale stands (10) are fixed by fasteners (40). Sale stand fasteners mounting holes (hw), which fix the fixed frame to two places on the side face and two places on the back, are provided at the sale stands (10).
