Abstract:

To provide a multiple winding textured yarn having a surface unevenness in yarn direction, a soft and dry touch feeling, a dimensional stability and a stretching property, and to provide a method for producing composite false-twist textured yarn, capable of suppressing occurrence or neps.

This method for producing a composite false-twist textured yarn comprises excessively directly feeding a filament composed of polyester to twisting area of a filament comprising polytrimethylene terephthalate at a ratio of 1.4 to 2.5 and carrying out false twisting of filaments at processing temperature of ≥130°C and ≤190°C.
