Abstract:

To provide a novel carbon nanotube composite material wherein resistance value shows low dependence to voltage.

The composite material comprises a carbon nanotube and a polymer, provided that the carbon nanotube has a diameter of 11-90 nm. Under low-temperature low-humidity conditions, the composite material shows a property expressed by formula (1):-0.4≤log10R100-log10R1000≤0.4 (wherein R100 is a volume resistivity value (Ωcm) when voltage of 100 V is applied; and R1000 is a volume resistivity value (Ωcm) when voltage of 1,000 V is applied).
