Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material which prevents a wear-resistant material integrated with a base material surface from peeling, and is inexpensive and is easy to manufacture.SOLUTION: A material cost of a wear-resistant material 2 can be suppressed, as compared with a case that a conventional cemented carbide or the like is adopted, by adopting a high-chromium cast iron as a material of a base material 1 and adopting a high-speed steel as a material of the wear-resistant material 2 integrated with a base material 1 surface. In addition, the wear-resistant material 2 is strongly bonded to the base material 1 without surface treatment on the wear-resistant material 2, such as burdensome plating or the like, so that the wear-resistant material 2 can be prevented from peeling, and a composite material can be manufactured more easily and inexpensively than a conventional one.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
