Title:
複合材料および複合材料を用いた発光素子並びに発光装置
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5089063
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

To provide a light emitting element of low driving voltage which comprises an organic compound and an inorganic compound.

A layer comprising a light emitting material is provided between a pair of electrodes. The layer comprising the light emitting material provides a light emitting element having a layer which comprises a carbazole derivative represented by a general formula (1) and an inorganic compound showing electron accepting characteristics to the carbazole derivative represented by the general formula (1). By this constitution, transfer of electrons is performed between the carbazole derivative and the inorganic compound, and carriers are generated intrinsically to reduce the driving voltage of the light emitting element.
