Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize a working trough forming or bending by a method wherein specified aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, lightweight fillers and binders are added to a core mixture.
CONSTITUTION: This composite panel consists of two outer layers and a core made of a mixture of filler and binders. Here, the core mixture includes 35-60 wt.% aluminum hydroxide having the average particle size of 0.3-1.0 mm in compacted form, 15-25 wt.% lightweight filler having the average particle diameter of 5-1,500 μm, 0-25 wt.% fine grained or splintery aluminum hydroxide having the average particle size of 10-30 μm, 0-20 wt.% of magnesium hydroxide having the average particle size of 0-50 μm or 0.3-1.0 mm and a binder having 4-10 wt.% polymer having the elastic modulus of 90-140 MPa and the breaking extension of 400-800%.
