Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a low-cost composite paper excellent in tearing resistance, sewing properties, mechanically bag-sewing properties, printability and setting ability.
CONSTITUTION: The warp yarns of 30-160 denier and the weft yarns of 30-160 denier are plainly woven at the warp and weft density of 50-150 yarns/inch as they are alternately crossed to prepare a woven fabric with a unit weight of 50-200g/m2. Then, paper 2 mainly made of pulp are adhered to one or both surfaces of the fabric 3.
