Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a composite sheet for manufacturing easily a synthetic resin coated board free from pin holes which has good waterproof, chemical resistance, and surface smoothness.
CONSTITUTION: A composite sheet for manufacturing a synthetic resin coated board comprising a nonwoven fabric, an adhesive polyolefine layer, a lower melting point polypropylene layer, and a higher melting point polypropylene layer, in which the adhesive polyolefin layer in particular is formed by extrusion.
