Abstract:
A complex traveling body (10) is equipped with a plurality of self-propelled traveling bodies (11), and is capable of traveling by having the respective self-propelled traveling bodies coordinate with each other. Each of the self-propelled traveling bodies comprises: a traveling rotary body (16) which rotates with respect to a travel surface; a drive unit (21) which drives the rotary body; and a control unit (20, 13) which comprises a battery (23) for supplying electric power to the drive unit and a body (14) for housing the drive unit and the battery and which performs travel control on a corresponding one of the self-propelled travelling bodies. The control unit acquires a battery status of the battery in the corresponding one of the self-propelled traveling bodies, and changes the travel control for the corresponding one of the self-propelled traveling bodies according the acquired battery status.
