To provide a new composition for makeup or skin disease containing a mixture of essential oil for care for sensitive skin or sensitized skin.

The composition for makeup or skin disease contains a combination of hemp essential oil not substantially containing cannabinoids and strawflower essential oil. Preferably, the hemp (Cannabis sativa) essential oil is obtained from a whole plant body, an aerial part, a plant body and an aerial part, a top flower part or a seedless plant body. Preferably, the strawflower essential oil is strawflower essential oil from Madagascar (Helichrysum madagascariensis) or strawflower essential oil from Italy (Helichrysum italicum) and is obtained from a whole plant body or a top flower part of a plant body.
