To provide a new composition for preventing or treating a cancer in a mammal by creating an immune response in the mammal.
The present invention provides a composition for preventing or treating a cancer in a mammal by creating an immune response in the mammal. The composition comprises an immune system cell transformed by a recombinant vector expressing α-fetoprotein cDNA composed of a nucleic acid sequence represented by sequence No. 1, wherein the immune response activates α-fetoprotein peptide-specific T lymphocytes and creates the immune response against cancer cell having surface markers thereof.
