Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating layer of a composition for a slide member excellent in abrasion resistance on the surface of a metal base material in a slide member of a compressor.
SOLUTION: A lubricating part (70) is provided to a sliding part between a cylindrical part (26) of a slide bush (25) and a projecting part (53) of a movable scroll (50) in a scroll type compressor (10). The lubricating part (70) forms a coating layer of the composition for the slide member constituted by containing 300 pts.wt. of a polyamideimide resin and 100 pts.wt. of calcium fluoride as an anti-abrasion agent to 100 pts.wt. of polytetrafluoroethylene on the iron base material.
