Abstract:
To provide a composition for transducing a gene and available for drug use by enabling gene substitution or expression control of a gene product in a target cell.
The composition for transducing the gene contains the following two components not binding each other in electric charge under a physiologic condition: (1) an amphipathic membrane fusogenic compound such as a membrane fusogenic peptide negatively charged; and (2) a nucleic acid or a complex containing a nucleic acid.
