Abstract:

To provide compositions comprising a nucleic acid sequence that encodes IL-12 p35 subunit or a functional fragment thereof and a nucleic acid sequence that encodes IL 12 p40 subunit or a functional fragment thereof.SOLUTION: The nucleic acid sequence that encodes IL-12 p35 subunit may be at least 98% homologous to SEQ ID NO:1 and may encode a protein at least 98% homologous to SEQ ID NO:2.
