Abstract:
To provide antibodies targeting low density lipoprotein-related protein 6 (LRP6) and compositions and methods of use thereof.SOLUTION: A bivalent antibody has two antigen binding sites, wherein a first antigen binding site binds to LRP6 propeller domain 1, a second antigen binding site binds to LRP6 propeller domain 3, and the bivalent antibody inhibits both propeller 1 and propeller 3-mediated LRP6 signalings, and does not potentiate Wnt1 and Wnt3 signalings.SELECTED DRAWING: None
