Abstract:
To provide compositions for treating keratin substance, particularly the skin, in which the effect of α-hydroxy acid is improved by increasing permeation of α-hydroxy acid, even when containing α-hydroxy acid in low concentration.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a composition comprising at least one biosurfactant, at least one basic amino acid, and at least one α-hydroxy acid (AHA), particularly a skin cosmetic composition, as well as to a cosmetic method using the same. The composition according to the invention can increase permeation of AHA, and thereby the conditioning effect of a keratin substance, such as the skin, can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: None
