When data of the current piece of music is sufficiently stored in the data primary storage area 13a, not only data of a next piece of music to be next reproduced is read out from the compressed audio file recording medium 11 and is stored in a data primary storage area 13b but also file information of the next piece of music is analyzed in a file analysis part 14 and is stored in a file information storage area 15b for the next piece of music while the current piece of music is reproduced.
