To provide a user-interface assisting the identification of a gene having a manifestation level relating to the diagnosis of sickness by analyzing the manifestation level of a number of genes.

This computer-assisted process displays manifestation level information collected from a 1st and a 2nd samples. The process includes a step to display a 1st axis 1002 corresponding to the manifestation level of the 1st sample, a step to display a 2nd axis 1004 corresponding to the manifestation level of the 2nd sample and essentially perpendicular to the 1st axis 1002 and a step to display a mark 1006 on a position on the selected manifestation sequence. The mark position is selected based on the 1st axis 1002 corresponding to the manifestation level of the selected manifestation sequence in the 1st sample and the 2nd axis 1004 corresponding to the manifestation level of the selected manifestation sequence in the 2nd sample.
