PURPOSE: To attain various kinds of computer communication without notifying the computer communication procedure of an opposite terminal equipment by the user by allocating a high-order layer conversion function and a network connection function to various computer communication procedures by means of a scheduling means.
CONSTITUTION: A scheduling function 9 receiving the request of connection via a personal computer accommodating function 6 references a conversion rule 10 based on a subscriber number 14a of an outgoing party (personal computer 1a) and an incoming party (personal computer 1b) being a communication party inputted in the event of connection request to select a high-order layer conversion function. After the high-order layer conversion 11a to be selected is executed, the scheduling function 9 selects a telephone network connection function 12a again. Thus, the personal computer 1a applies the personal communication according to the protocol of the personal computer 1b and adaptor 2a being the communication party.
