Abstract:
To increase accuracy of detection of a mismatch between two images.SOLUTION: A computer device receives a first image and a second image including at least a pattern arrangement from an image-capturing device having an optical sensor and calculates a set of first brightness values and a set of second brightness values for the pattern arrangement from the first image and the second image, respectively. The computer device also calculates a set of difference values between the set of first brightness values and the set of second brightness values and compares the set of difference values with a predetermined threshold value to thereby detect a mismatch between the first image and the second image. The optical sensor has a pixel resolution of 23.6 micrometers/pixel or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
