To provide single sign-on server technique for mitigating a security danger due to single sign-on.
In a computer system for a single sign-on server (SSO), a log-in screen generating part 102 generates the log-in screen of a portal in an SSO server 10. A verifying part 103 performs user verification in an SSO itself through the use of a user name and a password which are inputted from the user. The SSO server 10 vicariously performs user verification in an application through the use of map data held in a verification data holding part 105. A fraudulent access detecting part 107 detects an access action having a possibility of a "fraudulent access". The SSO server 10 downgrades an access function when the possibility of the "fraudulent access" exists.
