The first concealing of the information is executed by peeling the release paper 13 and adhering the label with the tacky adhesive layer 12. The second concealing is executed by peeling the release paper 6 of the concealing label 1 peeled from the pseudo adhesive layer 8 and adhering the label with the tacky adhesive layer 5. Further, the label is peeled between the releasable ink layer 4 and the concealing ink layer 3 when the label base material 2 is rolled up.
