This concentration measuring device of the trace chemical substance included in a sample is equipped with an elution device 10 for inputting an eluate for eluting the target material to be detected and the sample into an airtight container 11, and heating and stirring them in a condition set beforehand to thereby perform elution treatment, and is also equipped with a colorimetric measuring device 20 for storing the eluate fed from the elution device 10 in an optical measuring cell 21, inputting a masking agent, a coloring agent and a solvent for extraction successively as much as prescribed quantities into the optical measuring cell to thereby extract the target material, then irradiating a light measuring part 22 of the optical measuring cell 21 with light having a prescribed wavelength, and performing concentration measurement of the target material based on the intensity ratio between incident light and transmitted light through the eluate.
