Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently mold fundamental mold block and a half cut block by the same form only by replacing a bottom template.
SOLUTION: One opposed surface of a block molding form 1 wherein a lower body frame part 1b having an almost pyramidal shape is continued to an upper frame part 1a is constituted of openable movable templates 4, 4 having lateral groove forming recessed parts 5 formed to the intermediate parts thereof and equipped with wts. 9 at the upper parts thereof. This form 1 is attached to the inerior of the outer frame 2 by the upper frame part 1a and pivotally provided to the inner surface of the outer frame 2 through links 8 in such a state that the lower ends of the movable templates 4, 4 are brought into contact with the taper guide surface 12 of the lower end of the outer frame and, when the form 1 and the outer frame 2 are together reversed, the templates 4 are rapidly moved and opened under the guide of the taper guide surface by the wts. 9.
