PURPOSE: To repair easily a strength degraded reinforced concrete electric pole, recover the strength to the electric pole, prevent a sudden electric trouble, and secure everyday safety.

CONSTITUTION: A reinforced fiber sheet 1 is wound at least one layer by one layer round the surface of a repairing place of a reinforced concrete pole 9 so that the reinforced fiber arrangement direction can coincide with the axial direction and the peripheral direction of the pole 9. A reinforced fiber sheet 11 of insulating fibers is wound round the outermost layer. Before or after these sheets 1 and 11 are wound, matrix resin impregnated in reinforced fibers is hardened, and is formed in fiber reinforced plastice. Since the repair is carried out after the reinforced fiber sheet 1 is formed in the reinforced fiber plastic, the strength of the pole 9 can be recovered, and since an insulating ability is applied by winding the reinforced fiber sheet 11, a sudden electric trouble can be prevented, and everyday safety and so on can be secured, so that the purpose can be attained.
