Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state monitoring system for monitoring the state of a facility by measuring the vibration of the facility, the system allowing the execution of diagnosis of an abnormality of the detection unit body on the basis of output of the vibration detection unit.SOLUTION: A vibration detection unit 70 is formed to output a vibration detected by sensing an acceleration as a voltage change from a bias voltage. A voltage processing circuit 116 removes a bias voltage from the output voltage of the vibration detection unit 70. A connection circuit 130 is formed to connect the output of the vibration detection unit 70 to an A/D converter 126 without the voltage processing circuit 116. A CPU 128 determines that the vibration detection unit 70 is abnormal when there is no output voltage received through a connection circuit 130, in a predetermined range including a bias voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
