Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive adhesive paste capable of maintaining high connection reliability, by preventing leakage of the conductive adhesive paste to the outside of the connection region of a solar cell and a tab line, and to provide a solar cell module using a solar cell of bus bar-less structure obtained by using it, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: In order to connect a solar cell 2 having a bus bar-less structure in a solar cell module, a conductive adhesive layer 12 is formed by using a conductive adhesive paste 10, containing at least linear conductors 10a and a low melting point metal particle 10b, and the solar cell 2 is connected with a tab line 3. The linear conductors 10a in the conductive adhesive paste 10 has a length L and a diameter D satisfying the relations A/10≤L≤A/2 and H/3≤D≤H, respectively, where A is the interval of a plurality of finger electrodes 11 formed on the light-receiving surface of the solar cell 2, so as to be in substantially parallel with each other, and H is the height of the finger electrodes 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
